MAJOR ALERT: The WHO Czar

So what’s a WHO Czar? 

It’s someone who will assume total control over global public health emergencies and dictate what the collective response will be. 

Who is the WHO Czar?

The Director General of WHO.  His name is Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (not an M.D.). 

Do we really want one man, who could be bought and sold by someone like Gates (the WHO’s largest single contributor) in charge of public emergencies (real or imagined)?    

Let me answer the question with another question.  Do you think the UN, the WHO, and Gates think climate change is a public “emergency?”   I assume everyone agrees they do.  What would the UN’s mission statement look like if 100% of the efforts of the entire planet were directed toward solving this one specific problem?

Probably something like this:  If it reduces CO2 (total population emitted CO2 per year), do it.  

How do you reduce CO2 emissions?

You get rid of people.  Lots of them.

The UN, in general, and the WHO, in particular, have very bad track records when it comes to sound judgment.  Polio eradication is a great example. 

In March 2019, I reported the WHO, under pressure from Gates, continued to vaccinate children with the oral polio vaccine even though it was causing more cases of polio than it was preventing due to the use of an attenuated (weakened, but alive) virus.

The WHO wanted to stop the vaccination.  Gates did not with disastrous consequences.

This really should be one of the biggest scandals in public health, but it’s given little attention mainly because of the high-profile nature of the people and organisations involved.

While international organisations like the World Health Organization (WHO) will regular boast about supposedly ‘eradicating polio’ with vaccines, the opposite seems to be the case. Their decades-long campaign to eradicate polio is now killing scores of innocent young people living in poor countries.

Ghebreyesus, who capitulated to Gates on polio vaccination will decide WHAT’s a public health emergency (after consulting with others), WHERE it is, and IMPLEMENT TEMPORARY STEPS to address it, unopposed. 

In theory, he could send us all into lockdown in FEMA camps if he wanted to, TEMPORARILY, of course.  Because “temporary” isn’t defined, I imagine it could be weeks, months, or years.

After what we went through with COVID, I think it’s pretty clear what life would be like going forward.  It is now commonly accepted that a virus was created in a lab, with the help of Fauci and the NIH, who worked closely together with Big Pharma, to come up with vaccines that have killed and maimed millions and millions of people worldwide.

This sort of thing would continue.  It’s hard to reach any other conclusion than it was an extinction event to dramatically cull the population that Gates, the son of the eugenic who founded Planned Parenthood, has been championing for years. 

Who can forget the claim Gates made in his remarks to the invitation-only Technology, Entertainment and Design 2010 Conference in Long Beach, CA?  His February address was titled “Innovating to Zero!” entitled “Innovating to Zero!”

Gates presented a speech on global warming, stating that CO2 emissions must be reduced to zero by 2050. Gates said every person on the planet puts out an average of about five tons of CO2 per year.

“Somehow we have to make changes that will bring that down to zero,” he said. “It’s been constantly going up. It’s only various economic changes that have even flattened it at all. So we have to go from rapidly rising to falling, and falling all the way to zero.”

Gates presented the following equation: CO2 (total population emitted CO2 per year) = P (people) x S (services per person) x E (average energy per service) x C (average CO2 emitted per unit of energy)

“Let’s look at each one of these and see how we can get this down to zero,” he said. “Probably one of these numbers is going to have to get pretty near to zero. That’s a fact from high school algebra.”

Discussing the “P,” or population portion of the equation, he stated, “Let’s take a look. First we got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent” [emphasis added]. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtkfWaCzsas

There are 9.7B people in the world.  9.7B X 15% = The elimination of 1,454,000,000 people.  How do vaccines lower the population by 15%?  I think we’ve found out the answer to that in 2020.

Next week, 194 nations, with 3 delegates each, have agreed to vote on whether or not to make the changes to an agreement giving the Director General of the WHO, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, ultimate authority over public emergencies.  Many of our congressmen purportedly know nothing about this.  We don’t even know who our 3 delegates are.  If we don’t vote, it doesn’t matter.  The majority wins.

Please look at the safeguards been taken out of this document, by the U.S. I might add, giving total power to the UN.  

Pay specific attention to the proposed amendments to Article 12.

Please note that the areas that are “struck through” are some of the details within the amendments that would strip sovereignty away from all the nations of the world and hand it over to the WHO.

Again, with a majority vote of UN delegates, the transfer of United States sovereignty would shift to the WHO. 

What does “strip sovereignty” mean?  It means removing all authority a country would normally have as a sovereign nation in the event the Director General of the WHO declares a public health emergency.  We would be able to “advise” an emergency committee but would have no decision-making authority, thus losing our sovereignty as a nation.

Does there have to be a mutual agreement there is a public health emergency?   NO.  Let’s say the HHS and CDC decide there is still a COVID emergency, even though it is 99.97% curable, 80% of the population experiences no symptoms, and the virus has had the opportunity to run through the population several times over so it is likely 98% (guessing) of the population has been exposed.  The remaining 2% could be enough for the WHO to take immediate action because, frankly, they’re just looking for any reason at this point, to move ahead with their agenda on climate change.

Perhaps they will decide the lockdowns should be in the FEMA camps they built for this purpose.  Or that people can no longer gather in a group, like in a church or a monastery, as they are vectors for disease.  Or maybe they could mandate that the entire population stay in lockdown until every person from birth forward receives X# of vaccines.  Look at Australia.  That could be us.
