The Insurrection (Not)

For those of you who were waiting for the final word on “The Insurrection that Almost Destroyed our Great Democracy”TM, you can dry your crocodile tears and stop caring.

The FBI released their final report on it, explaining that this was not a carefully orchestrated coup d’etat organized by Orange Hitler and assorted White Supremacists, but just a spontaneous demonstration, which in reality, was mostly peaceful.  (I had to throw that last thing in there.)  They even used the word “exonerated” when speaking about the leaders of this demonstration.

Now, mind you, it’s not the purpose of the FBI to “exonerate” anybody.  Their job is to collect information on possible crimes and turn it over to Federal prosecutors —period.  But for some reason, someone high up realized that the jig was up and so they decided to get all CYA, and decided to issue a report stating something to that effect.  And in the time-honored fashion of bureaucracies that screw up, they leaked the unflattering news on Friday.  The hope is that once and for all, people would forget about the whole mess.

Bottom line:  there was no “insurrection”.   Any frat boy at any fraternity on any campus could tell you that.  And now the FBI agrees.  Just a lot of people egging on others to have some fun.  The tip-off should have been the guy in the buffalo hat.

Now, those of us who comprehend reality, i.e. realists, conservatives, patriots, etc., have always known there was no insurrection back on that fateful day.  That didn’t stop the hotheads of the Establishment, the Left, and what-have-you to caterwaul like a bunch of stuck pigs for six months, however.  They knew there was no insurrection.  At least those of them with two active brain cells did.  So why did they do it?

Because they had nothing else to do and it seemed like fun.

You see, after several solid months of wanton, daily destruction, all of which was carried out in honor of the martyrdom of St George the Thug, the Left (or more specifically, its handlers) felt guilty.  I mean, they knew it was all a sham, they didn’t care about black lives any more than they cared about the man in the moon.  The horrific events of last year were jury-rigged to steal the election for Creepy Joe.  That was the plan.  Still, some of them had consciences.  Being responsible for destruction, mayhem, and even the loss of life can weigh heavily on those who know better.  So the “insurrection” was their way of displacing their guilt onto the Right.

Think of the scapegoat; it’s an ancient custom.  One which made the entire nation salve their consciences.

There’s another reason that the FBI wants to get ahead of this story; they hope that by minimizing the event, people will stop looking into the matter.  That’s because the FBI’s hands aren’t entirely clear in this matter.  You see, we know that there were FBI agents (or assets) who whooped up the frenzy of that day.  Those men, in particular, brought ropes and ladders which they used to scale the wall of the Capitol for dramatic effect.

The whole scaling of the walls things was the give-away since there was no need for such dramatic escapades; after all, there are perfectly fine steps which lead up to the Capitol, which are both broad, wide and easily accessible.   Literally hundreds of people use them every day.  (I know, Gail and I actually sat on them last December when we were there for Stop the Steal.)

Of course, given the absolutely craptacular week that had just transpired, it wouldn’t have mattered if they had dropped their report on Monday at high noon.  Nothing could supersede the debacle that we saw in Kabul last week.  It was that bad.  It was so bad that even Democrats and their media sycophants are now openly talking about Biden’s removal from office.  Some are saying it’s not a matter of “if” but “when”.

The only thing that’s restraining their hand at this point is the massive unpopularity of Biden’s vice president.  Yes, she’s got all the right Obamaesque victimology points that the Military-Industrial Complex needs in a modern-day Commander-in-Chief, but none of the charm.

In any event, the fact remains, that there was no insurrection on January 6th.  Now if all those “rioters” who are still being held without bail could be released, that’d be good.  Some of them are in solitary confinement.  It would also be good if we could have the name of the Capitol hill cop who shot the unarmed Ashley Babbit.

But I’m not holding my breath.

In any event, we can put away the sham of The Insurrection once and for all, consigning it to the same dustbin of so many other leftist conspiracy theories.

The FBI released their final report on it, explaining that this was not a carefully orchestrated coup … They even used the word “exonerated” when speaking about the leaders of this demonstration.

That won’t stop the political persecution. They’re still going to find everyone possibly involved and torture them in black site prisons. The stormers defiled one of the highest temple of Satan. The did the antichrist equivalent of taking a piss on the eucharist.

And as always you see that the rejection of God leads back to paganism. Maybe I worship the communion spoon, but at least I don’t worship the federal government or the Ouranos.

These aren’t people that feel guilt. Or if they do feel guilt (and I think all of feminism is based on guilt over sex), then it’s not the same kind of guilt you feel. You’re assuming that they have the same drives and emotions as you. Their heuristic for moral categories is completely different. They don’t process these things in the way that normal problem do.

They did this because they thought it would be a good way to scare people into silence. Maybe now they are realizing that’s a failed tactic, or maybe they are using this as a distraction. But morality isn’t part of the equation.

Think of the scapegoat; it’s an ancient custom. One which made the entire nation salve their consciences.

This is a common atheistic talking point, but really it’s only something that existed within ancient Judaism (and by extension Christianity). Other religions don’t have a notion of sin. There may be wrong doing and even supernatural punishment, but there isn’t a metaphysical quality of pollution (Greek word “miasma” for you Final Fantasy fans). Pagans sacrifice animals or people to appease the bloodthirsty or greed of the gods, not to atone for moral failings. Guilt projection is a uniquely white people thing.

There’s another reason that the FBI wants to get ahead of this story; they hope that by minimizing the event, people will stop looking into the matter. That’s because the FBI’s hands aren’t entirely clear in this matter.

Europe and Australia are rising up in riots over virus lockdowns. My guess is that the federal government is realizing that if they push to hard, the people will break. Frankly I’m deeply surprised there’s been such a pushback. I figured the modern European and the Anglosphere is so emasculated that they will passively accept anything with just some mild picket signs, and apparently the rulers thought the same thing.

It was so bad that even Democrats and their media sycophants are now openly talking about Biden’s removal from office. Some are saying it’s not a matter of “if” but “when”.

It’s something everyone has known ever since Bad Touch Biden got the nomination. I’m surprised he’s made it this long. I thought they would dump him by the end of February.

Yes, she’s got all the right Obamaesque victimology points that the Military-Industrial Complex needs in a modern-day Commander-in-Chief, but none of the charm.

The ghost writer of Obama’s autobiography wrote that white people will do anything to help a black person as long as he doesn’t seem angry, which is true. The one thing white people cannot tolerate in a black person is anger, and beyond that the treasure houses are wide open. Obama is the rare colored politician or activist (or “politician or activist of color”, if it matters) who does not come across as inherently hateful.

Basically all liberal women are driven by hate, which is why their careers always stall. Hillary Clinton was A-list in the mid-2000s, but gradually people forgot the mythical golden age of her husband’s economy.

Hate is rooted in jealousy. Feminism is based on envy of men. Feminists — which is like, basically everyone isn’t me — is the desire for women to be men. Feminists hate men because they want to be men. They worship men, and it’s often rooted in insecurity that they may not get men’s approval. I think this is very well exemplified in the show It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia with the character of Dee.

Likewise gay men idolize and hate women. They are never just tops.

It would also be good if we could have the name of the Capitol hill cop who shot the unarmed Ashley Babbit.

Andrew McCabe has said it’s terrorism to ask this, and the justice department just dropped him for their investigation.

And we all know it was a black guy, right? Sorry, “guy of color”, whatever.

In any event, we can put away the sham of The Insurrection once and for all, consigning it to the same dustbin of so many other leftist conspiracy theories.

I too wish upon a falling star for a flying unicorn. This autumn is going to be lit.

Implied in this sentence is the assumption that the insurrection is false merely because the liberals say that it is false. The claim about the insurrection is false by its own merits regardless of whether the government gives you permission to let it be false, just as with the pandemic hoax and the election hoax.

It also implies a moral statement, that there should be no insurrection. Frankly my only criticism of the Capitol stormers is that no one thought to set the place on fire. I hope it happens every four years like the Olympics. January 6 was the most American thing I’ve ever seen. I was at work when I heard about it, and at first I didn’t even go out of the kitchen to look at the news, because nothing surprises me anymore (except for the French rioting over COVID lockdowns).

There should be a Capitol insurrection. The federal government needs to be dissolved. Every congressman who voted to confirm the election results needs to be hung for crimes against God and the people.

    • George Michalopulos says

Your point about sin in the Judaic/Christian context vs pagan religions is well taken. That said, scapegoating is very common in all institutions.

    • “…nothing surprises me anymore (except for
the French rioting over COVID lockdowns).”

You misunderstand the French. In a little over two hundred years, they have had:
three Monarchies, five Republics, two Empires, a Directory and a Consulate.

When the English are upset with the Government,
they write letters to The Times.
When the French are similarly annoyed,
they blockade the ports and burn trucks in the street.

I am not surprised by the French. Vive la France!

      • “When the French are similarly annoyed,
they blockade the ports and burn trucks in the street.”

The French already can’t buy food from grocery stores without the “vaccine passport.”

At best, the non Russian clot shots are delayed euthanasia, but everyday is becoming more of a Mark of the Beast situation, something without which you can’t buy/sell/exist even if you have money.

        • Joe Biden:

Let me say this loud and clear: If you are one of the millions of Americans who have said that you will get the shot when it had full FDA approval — that has now happened.

The moment you have been waiting for is here — and the time to get vaccinated is today.

          FDA August 23, 2021:

          https://www.fda.gov/media/150386/download

          page 7

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine vial label and carton labels are clearly marked for “Emergency Use Authorization.” […]

Pfizer-BioNTech COVID‑19 Vaccine is authorized for emergency use

          Page 12

This product has not been approved or licensed by FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA, under an EUA to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use in individuals 12 years of age and older; and
The emergency use of this product is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of the medical product under Section 564(b)(1) of the FD&C Act unless the declaration is terminated or authorization revoked sooner.

And, notice the lack of the words “full approval,” merely the approval of the continuance, expansion, and extension of the EUA:

          https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-approves-first-covid-19-vaccine

“The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.

Meanwhile, the “Estimated Study Completion Date” of the clinical trials for vaccine isn’t even until May 2, 2023:

          https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04368728

Which has been pushed forward repeatedly, as can seen from edit history of the webpage:

          • Gail Sheppard says

Wonder where they came up with that name?

According to Pfizer, the pharmaceutical companies wanted to emphasize COVID-19 immunization and the vaccine’s core mRNA technology. They also wanted to encompass “community” and “immunity” into the final product.

            Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee)

            C-o-m = Community
            i-t-y = Immunity
            r-n-a = mRNA

            • George Michalopulos says

It’s still kind of clunky, don’t you think?

              • Gail Sheppard says

                Like the whole program.

They could have called it “mRNA1” for Pfizer and “mRNA2” for Moderna.

I would have called it the “HoakyPokey” vaccine.

                • You do the HoakyPokey, and you turn yourself around. That’s what it’s all about!

                  • Gail Sheppard says

You put your left arm in.
You put your left arm out.
You put your left arm in
and you shake it all about.
You do the hoaky pokey and you turn yourself around,
                    That’s what it’s all about!

            • Ebonics werks fer me!

              • Gail Sheppard says

                ???

                • Sorry, I couldn’t help but make fun of the ostentatious name Comirnity. I had to sound it out several times before I got it, and it reminded me of the past feud between the “Hooked on Phonics works for me” traditionalist group versus the “Ebonics werks fer me” upstart group, which created its own ludicrous spellings. Those were the good ole days, when woke was just creeping in to our culture, and something like Ebonics was the worst imaginable affront to American dignity. How far we’ve come. Sorry it got lost in translation! Comirnity is just the most Ebonics sounding name ever.

  3. Andrew Sabak says

It was obvious from the very beginning that it was all an anti-Republican smear campaign. I got the initial list of the 200+ people who either had been arrested or were being looked for (from all the selfies, I think), and looked up about half from access to various voter rolls that I have access to in my computer company. Of the ones that I could identify, using the state, city, and full name unless it was a real common name), I found that more than half were Democrats, and most of the rest were Registered-No Party, or not even registered voters. There may have been a few that were Republicans.
As an example, one of the identified (even in the news) was John Sullivan of Utah, a BLM organizer who was seen standing at a Capitol door encouraging all the tourists to enter, and later was seen inside with his friend from CNN who was filming the very acts of window-breaking that they themselves were egging on. Friends of mine that were at the actual Trump rally (500,000?) 45 minutes walk away were unaware of all this, which started way too early for President Trump to have been responsible in any manner. I am glad that this whole mess is is finally seen as something closer to reality. The innocent should be freed already, and instead find the agents provocateurs who did the damage and fighting so as to cause chaos.

    • Andrew,

That is why the FBI dropped this thing, though the persecutions may well continue. Revolver broke the story a couple of months ago:

      https://www.revolver.news/2021/06/stewart-rhodes-oath-keepers-missing-link-fbi-unindicted-co-conspirator/

The problem was the unindicted co-conspirators, many of whom were leaders of the “insurrection” who were on the FBI payroll and instigated the thing along with elements of BLM and Antifa. This was a classic false flag operation launched by Pelosi and Schumer in order to a) stop the challenge to the electoral college vote and b) frame MAGA and Trump for insurrection.

Any further investigation would now have to explain the unindicted co-conspirators released uncharged – i.e., the FBI collaborators. That is the power of real journalism.

    Finally, good news!

    Seriously.

Russia hasn’t given up defending a sovereign country – Syria – against constant war.

Where’s the West’s outcry over Syria’s right to exist? And what happened to the Anti-War movement?

    See: https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/russian-military-hails-syrias-successful-intercepts-22-24-missiles-latest-israeli

    • Gail Sheppard says

Syria has a right to exist.

That’s the best I can do.

Frankly, it was Syria that put her own sovereignty into question by allowing so many outside parties to solve her problems.

When I think of Syria, I think of a public park littered with trash that no one has picked up and thrown away because no one thinks they should be responsible.

I do wish that along with her right to exist she would take care of her own affairs and not expect to be rescued.

      • Right, because there’s something terribly wrong with a small country fighting against the entire globalist regime asking for some help.

        • Gail Sheppard says

There are a lot of small countries needing help but few cause the world this much consternation.

Their president (despot) refuses to distribute his country’s wealth among its people and has a propensity to maintain a lot of questionable relationships.

We, too, “are fighting against the entire globalist regime.” Well, some of us, anyway.

          • Syria did not “Cry ‘Havoc!’
and let slip the dogs of war”.
            That was the Regime-Change Neocons,
fresh from the destruction of Libya.

The ‘consternation’ comes from the realisation that the Syrians
prefer the secular rule of Assad to that of the fundamentalist Isis.

            • Gail Sheppard says

They can have whomever they want to lead them (or not). Just let us go. No more “bailouts” if that country finds itself on the bad side of yet another foe.

              https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/syria-war-anniversary-christians-assad-manipulation

              • Syria never asked us to go to their country. We invaded.

They asked their ally, Russia, which was more than happy to help. Because that’s what allies do, whereas we just leave our erstwhile ‘friends’ at the mercy of their enemies.

                • Gail Sheppard says

Then it would make sense for people to stop asking for our support. I don’t know about you, but I’ve paid a lot toward various appeals over the years. They may not want our presence but they sure want our money.

                  • I’m sure that the Syrian government has never asked you for money. Maybe Syrian-based charities did, and there’s nothing wrong with that. You might not like the government, but that shouldn’t decide whether or not to provide aid to those in need. Christian charity should know no bounds.

                    • Gail Sheppard says

Move onto another subject, Basil. On this blog, we don’t tell people what they should or shouldn’t do, nor do we imply someone is not a “Christian who knows no bounds” because they have a different opinion than you do.

          • Antiochene Son says

The entire Western world has united against Syria, that’s why they need help, and thank God they have it. Even Moses needed someone to help him hold up his arms in battle with Amalek.

In a heartbeat the Saudis, Israelis, EU and US would wipe every Christian Syrian off the face of the earth if it meant they could build a pipeline through it and install a gay puppet government to join the international banking system.

I don’t know Assad’s heart, but I haven’t met a single Orthodox Lebanese or Syrian who doesn’t support him. It’s a miracle he has survived when so many other opponents of globohomo have been taken out. Not saying he’s a good guy, but he’s opposed by a world of very bad guys, so I’m rooting for the underdog.

            • Gail Sheppard says

So did we invade them or help them, AS? Because I’m hearing both. If they need us to help them, maybe they should stop looking at the United States as the primary source of all evil.

Yes, in a heartbeat the Saudis, Israel, the EU, and the US could wipe Syria off the face of the map. By 2005, their strategic ally, Iran, will be able to reliably do the same right back at us. That’s very sobering.

In the past, we have provided air support and weapons to the Syrians. U.S. citizens and the Federal Government have provided considerable assistance (probably still do), as well.

              Where are the “thank yous”?

              Nada (crickets).

They have demanded we leave their country. We’ve done that.

The Orthodox Christians in Syria support Assad because no one else in a Muslim country will protect them or give them government jobs. The Assads are popular (thought of as moderate; a stabilizing influence) until there is another war and there is always another war. The Assads have even killed tens of thousands of their own people to hang on to their power and the majority of the wealth. That does not bode well for them. Some generations have had to go through multiple wars in a single lifetime.

At the end of the day, we shouldn’t concern ourselves with whether or not Assad is a “good guy.” What good would it do?

But as leaders, the Assads are very much driven by their own self-interests. (They’re very Western in that way.) If you divided up all the toys, the Assad’s would walk home with the lion’s share of what should belong to their country. I can’t support that. Not any more.

              • We provided air support and weapons to Syrian (and foreign) terrorists, not the legitimate Syrian government.

We have not left their country. Why, there was an altercation only a week or two ago between US forces and local protesters asking them to do just that: leave. There was also the hilarious example of US trucks trying to chase the Russians – who are in Syrian legitimately with the invitation of the government and goodwill of the people – and losing their wheels in the process.

The idea that Iran can wipe us off the map at any point in the near future is simply laughable, especially coming from someone in a country with the biggest nuclear arsenal in the world. Iran hasn’t attacked another country in a long, long time, while we have done nothing but invade and destroy for over a century, yet we should be scared of the bogey men? Ridiculous.

Look it up. – I did.

                  • Gail, I don’t know who your sources are;
but Assad ran a secular government in a country where Christians, Sunnis, Shias and Alawites were safe to practice their religion – until Clinton, Cameron, Sarkozy et al decided they had the right to overturn peaceful states anywhere in the world they wanted to.

Now, I know Assad’s government is not very ‘nice’,
                    but it is far nicer than any available alternative;
which is why the Syrian people continue to support it.

On March 19, 2011, I was returning home from The Holy Monastery of the Theotokos the Life-Giving Spring with a Syrian dentist and car dealer. One had family in Homs. The other in Allepo, I believe.

I remember asking if their families were worried about the impending war. Their response was, “War? What war?”

Even the delegation Metropolitan Philip sent a full 6 or 7 months later saw no evidence of war under Assad’s watch. They blamed it all on the media insisting none of it was true. https://www.aoiusa.org/fr-patrick-henry-reardon-delegation-to-syria/

A lot of people don’t know Syria as well as they think they do.

As far as Assad offering stability, that has always been the party line. However, history tells a different story. In my lifetime they’ve had rockets flying over their heads more than half a dozen times.

There was the first Ba’ath Party take over (1), and then a second (2), and then the take over by Hafez al-Assad (3), and then the October War (4), and then the intervention of Lebanon (5), and then Muslim Brotherhood uprising and Hama Massacre (6), and then international and internal tensions in 2003 (7), and then the civil war, the mother of all wars (8).

This is artillery, we’re talking about. Bombs going off that kill civilians and flatten buildings. This is not stability.

I don’t wish them ill but I don’t wish to be a part of whatever they have going on over there either. I don’t want my “charity” to end up in the hands of an intermediary like Hezbollah where a cut is taken off the top before it’s given to the people. Much of Hezbollah’s support flows through Syria making it a primary hub in Iran’s Axis of Resistance.
