Dikileaks

OK, I’m gonna continue to have lot of fun with this. The memes are positively hilarious. I mean really, this guy must be the most self-destructive individual in the political sphere. Either that, or the Russians not only hacked the NSA but planted these emails on Huma’s laptop. Again, those Wascally Wussians!

If you believe that I’ve got a bridge in Brooklyn I’d like to sell you.

Back to Wiener (no pun intended). Some are speculating that this is a diversion from what’s coming down the pike this week, either from Project Veritas or Wikileaks. Possible –but unlikely. My sense is that the reason it broke through the MSM’s wall of impenetrability with all scandals Clinton is because the MSM couldn’t hold out any longer. In other words, the Oligarchy lost control of the Narrative. No doubt they’ll regroup and find something on the Trumpster but he’s a chaos candidate and I imagine he’d be a chaos president (in the good sense).

Think of it this way: Hillary is the devil you know, and I understand that that is why establishment Republicans and old-Right types like P J O’Rourke are pulling for her. You know, best to have that worn, ratty pair of slippers as we roll into Autumn rather than that shiny new pair you saw in the Montgomery Ward catalog because money’s tight right now and you won’t get them until Christmas anyway kind of thing.

Talk about tired blood.

Anyway, nothing sells like sex and it seems that the beauteous Mdme Wiener has been expelled from the campaign plane and is nowhere to be found. I wonder, is she talking to FBI Director Comey? Is Wiener? They better, because unless Hillary is elected and can pardon them, they’re both facing time in the clink at worst and tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees otherwise.

As for Comey, why did he step up and do the right thing? My guess is that back in July he all but indicted Hillary, giving the Democrats the opportunity to find another candidate before the election. When they didn’t, he felt he had to pull the trigger. According to British papers, he couldn’t take the pressure at the Bureau and at home anymore. Resignation letters were piling up on his desk, he was not being greeted in the hallway by department heads, underlings were shunning him. He was suffering major depression and his wife couldn’t take anymore. Because of his inaction, morale at the Bureau was the lowest it’s ever been. That to me is the most likely scenario.

Quite simply, he broke major Dept of Justice protocol in doing this eleven days before an election because he had no other choice. This is more than wanting to get ahead of Wikileaks: there’s the very real possibility that, thanks to Wiener, he now has Hillary’s actual emails and that there is clear evidence of criminality. Criminality which could actually imperil her as president should she be elected. It’s not hyperbole to say that the stakes have never been higher. They haven’t. In past elections it was always between Mr Bore and Mr Dush or some variation thereof. Both members of the Oligarchy. Trump is the first real candidate completely out of the box. Hence the very real revulsion by the Establishment and their stenographers in the MSM.

As unprecedented as this is (well, not completely: see Cap Weinberger’s indictment on the Thursday before the 1992 election), if you’re a law enforcement official in what is the last-remaining Federal agency that has even a modicum of integrity, you’ve got to do the right thing. Pulling the trigger is never good but sometimes it’s the only thing that stands between a constitutional Republic and gangster governance.

650,000 emails to or from Hillary’s private server on Huma’s laptop only identified and seized because of her hubby’s sex addiction (possibly from being skeeved due to the Hill/Huma relationship). Given Bill’s antics and what they are labeling Trump to be, it is certainly poetic justice. This and the existence of dachshunds and chihuahuas is conclusive proof that there is a God and that He has a positively wicked sense of humor.

Could be a road map to everything that was deleted or destroyed by Clinton, Inc.

The WSJ article, if you read through it, indicates that Justice was leaning on a Clinton sympathizer within the Bureau to minimize all of this, that the investigation was being strongly discouraged despite being valid, and for months on end, but integrity eventually found a way to shine through the muddy water leaving the director little choice but to go public.

George is right, this has all the earmarks of a, “Well, we’ve done all we can; we can’t let her take us all down with her.” moment.

And the hypocrisy is mind numbing:

    http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/fbi-obtains-warrant-newly-discovered-emails-clinton-probe-reid-accuses-n675411

Harry Reid is accusing Comey of violating a law regarding public officials attempting to influence elections when the Democrats trotted him out in the summer to say the case was closed for the purpose of providing closure to aid the Hillary campaign.

You couldn’t make this stuff up.

    * * *

“The FBI didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment on Reid’s letter. Earlier, Comey said in an internal message to FBI employees that ‘we don’t ordinarily tell Congress about ongoing investigations, but here I feel an obligation to do so given that I testified repeatedly in recent months that our investigation was completed.’

The note added that it would ‘be misleading to the American people were we not to supplement the record. At the same time, however, given that we don’t know the significance of this newly discovered collection of e-mails, I don’t want to create a misleading impression.'”

He’s bending over backwards to appear impartial while doing the very least he feels he can in informing Congress and allowing it to go forward in order to cover his a** given what’s been discovered.

Bear in mind, wikileaks has yet to spring its final pounce.

So they’re now trying to play it off as, “Why did it take you three weeks to reopen the investigation after the computer was first turned over?” which seems particularly weak. But the rest of the CNN article tracks that the FBI believes that among the newly discovered emails are ones that were deleted from other devices which they were eventually provided before. It also has a retraction of the story that Huma’s lawyers were talking to Justice now.

It’s interesting to see viral-news-warfare in action. This is a kind of live streaming and you can get a glimpse of what Clinton is attempting to sell and what CNN is actually finding from the way the story is written. It reminds me of the Russo-Georgian War of 2008 when the news morphed before my eyes from a Georgian attack/atrocity to a matter of Russian aggression in just a few hours early in the morning.

They’re starting to turn on her.

The editorial board of the WSJ talked to former Attorney General Michael Mukasey who enlightened them to the same thing that I mentioned elsewhere, but with a twist. Intent is not an element in most of the statute governing mishandling of classified information. Some of the emails were between HRC and Obama. If Obama set the bar for prosecution at intent, he thus protected himself from charges of mishandling classified information.

    http://www.wsj.com/articles/the-clinton-obama-emails-1477913266

Meanwhile, Obama is just wishing it was January 21, 2017:

    http://www.cnbc.com/2016/10/31/white-house-will-not-defend-criticize-fbis-decision-to-tell-congress-about-clinton-email-decision.html

“Hillary who? Don’t know her from Eve.”

    * * *

“Earnest said the White House has no independent knowledge as to why Comey decided to send Congress a letter about the emails. He added that the president believes the FBI director is a man of integrity and good character.”

It don’t get no better than this!

Former Attorney General Mukasey just came out in the WP online stating that Comey made a bad decision in following the president’s advice not to prosecute Hillary. It’s pay per view so I can’t get to the whole story but it just broke about 10 minutes ago.

    This is big.

    http://www.wsj.com/articles/the-fbi-directors-dishonorable-choice-1477863402

Ok, they let it open to the public, that’s the link. It ends ominously. Clinton and the Justice Department have put us in the position that if Justice doesn’t decide to refer it to a grand jury, then the case can’t be brought. Yet Justice follows Obama’s orders and he could go down with her if he allows a grand jury to see the stuff.

    Wow.

What Mukasey has basically said is that we have a constitutional crisis on our hands if Justice/Obama does not relent because it is crystal clear that laws have been broken by both Clinton and the President.

  4. The latest emails treasure trove is BIG, really, really BIG and downright catastrophic for Hillary and her merry band of corrupt sycophants. How do we know?

Because Obama is distancing himself from Hillary now. Obama just publicly affirmed that Comey’s integrity and character are as solid as when Obama endorsed him.

The White House said on Monday that President Barack Obama does not believe that FBI Director James Comey is trying to influence the election with his decision to review new evidence in the probe into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.

“The president’s assessment of his integrity and his character has not changed,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters during the daily briefing. “The president does not believe that Director Comey is intentionally trying to influence the outcome of an election. The president does not believe that he is secretly strategizing to benefit one candidate or one political party.”

    • Make Monomakhos Great Again! says

Integrity and good judgement are not the same thing. The charitable reading is Comey tried to make the best of a no-win scenario but still bungled it badly. I predict Obama is still totally going to ask for Comey’s resignation after the election is over and Hillary wins. More likely than not Comey will be quietly gone in December.

  6. Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

I believe the name is Weiner, but I recognize that George likes to utter cuckservative and schlong, so why not Wiener, right?.

    • Peter Millman says

      Hello your Grace,
There you go again with puerile insults. You were the head of a church at one time. At every service, didn’t you have to ask for forgiveness to anyone you may have hurt or offended? Well, a good place to start here would be with George, then you could extend it to Peter Papoutsis, and lastly to me. I pray that God may forgive you.

    • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

I forgot to add “DIKIleaks” to schlong, cuckservative and “Wiener”! And most of us have hobbies, but not that one! It’s so “LGBT!”

      • Peter Millman says

        Your Grace,
Will you do me a favor? …get your mind out of the gutter. Thanks Buddy.

p.s. I will say one thing in your favor. I was reading some previous posts in Bishops Behaving Badly; you are a good source of gossip and the inner workings of the OCA. In fact, you mentioned Archpriest Margitich; his son Mark is a member of my church.

        • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

Yes, Peter. I am well acquainted with and love the parish of Protection/StSeraphim whose current temple I consecrated, Father Michael Margitich and his son Fr Lawrence Margitich, whom I assigned to Santa Rosa, and many parishioners. It’s an outstanding parish with outstanding clergy. So, in instructing me to get my “mind out of the gutter,” you show your righteous disapproval of my oblique correction of George Michalopoulos for his frequent, gratuitous penile references because it indicates my mind is sinful?

          • Peter Millman says

            Your Grace,
Actually, I don’t even know why my post was published. I deleted it, and it said permanently deleted, then it shows up. Let’s get back to Father Michael Margitich; he was the very first priest of the parish of which I am a member. While I am on the topic, I get the impression that you didn’t like Archbishop; he seemed like a Godly man to me. Can you offer me any insight?

            • M. Stankovich says

              Mr. Millman,

Please allow me to offer you some “insight.” You have made your feelings in regard to Vladyka Tikhon, a consecrated and anointed Bishop of the Orthodox Church, ad naseum. And, my friend, it is not as if you lacked any guidance had you listened (“He that has ears to hear, let him hear.” Matt. 11:15):

Moreover, if your brother shall trespass against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone: if he shall hear you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear you, then take with you one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it to the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be to you as an heathen man and a publican. (Matt. 18:15-17)

If I am not mistaken, the Lord has instructed you to speak your mind, then shut up. But instead, you have determined it more prudent, more mature to engage in this childish schoolyard exchange, purposely attempting to degrade to gain “respect.” It seems to me a person to be respected would have taken this offline. And Mr. Millman, pardon my French, tu es un imbécile, as Vladyka’s given name is “FITZgerald,” meaning your insult would be to refer to him as “FITZ,” not “Fritz.” Madonna Mia.

The second point should be quite obvious as well, as whoever said “respect is earned” is sorely mistaken. Ask Fr. Webster how one speaks and behaves upon greeting a superior military officer, even if you do not respect them personally. What more can be said of those who St. Chrysostom identifies as placed by God Himself as “higher than the angels,” and of whom St. Ignatius Branchianinov said, “If you could see the Glory God has bestowed upon them, you would fall down.” In all of this business of justifying “holding a Bishop’s feet to the fire,” I would have you refer to the records of the Great and Holy Councils of the Church to see if in the dialog anyone said to the greatest of heretics, “I won’t take shit from you,” refer to a Bishop of the Church as “Buddy,” and so on. My point, Mr. Millman? There is no justification – and please, read this again, no justification – for speaking with such ignorant, purposely degrading, purposely mocking & sarcastic words toward an 83-yeard old man and against a Bishop of the Church, whatever you think of him personally. And you have made it personal. Am I saying never challenge the words of a Bishop? Of course not. We are all answerable for our words, and the phrase of the Holy Fathers, “Even the old woman has the right to challenge the Patriarch” is obvious. Nevertheless, you are wrong to address a Bishop as you have. Nothing – absolutely nothing – compels you to read or respond to anyone on this site. Anyone.

As a priest once classically asked a whining poster on this site, “Are you a woman?” (no pejorative intended), I suggest you man up, Mr. Millman and savor your posts to date. You’ve had your fun.

              • Peter Millman says

                Dr. Stankovich,
Thank you for your comments. I am in agreement with you; I feel deep remorse and repentance for my sinful actions.

              • Peter A. Papoutsis says

I love you Michael but for me respect is earned.

Nobody asks “What is a bishop disrespects a layman?” Are we to take it?

Maybe it’s me but when I get hit I hit back harder to make sure they never hit me again and to know if they do pick a fight it will be A FIGHT!

Take care buddy. We will agree disagree on this one.

                Peter

                • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

You’re right, I have and show NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER for the layman, Donald Trump–a first-class LOSER!
And I know that nothing would warm the cockles of Peter A. Papoutsis’s heart MORE than if I would disrespect that laywoman, Mrs Clinton! Did I EVER try to get Peter A. Papoutsis to RESPECT me? No! What an idea! HE’S the one who is needy for respect, not I! And he keeps repeating it!
By the way, Papoutsis is not really a Greek name is it? I know it is declined with Greek endings, like “is”, but it’a not basically Greek, is it? That “ts” always looks Turkish or Bulgarian to me.

                  • Peter A. Papoutsis says

You’re right, I have and show NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER for the layman, Donald Trump–a first-class LOSER!

Does this apply to me and to other laity in General? I just want the record to be clear. Let me know if you have respect for laymen and women in general.

Did I EVER try to get Peter A. Papoutsis to RESPECT me? No! What an idea!

Don’t worry you never earned my respect.

HE’S the one who is needy for respect, not I! And he keeps repeating it!

                    No not at all.

                    Peter

                    • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

Peter A. Papoutsis, whether deliberately or not who knows, referred to my sentence, “You’re right, I have and show NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER for the layman, Donald Trump–a first-class LOSER!” and, although that sentence is CLEARLY ABOUT one layman Donald Trump, Peter asked for God ONLY knows what reason, “Does this apply to me and to other laity in General?” I call that “fishing,” or, better, “trawling!”
My answer to Peter A. Papoutsis is NO!
And, to repeat myself: Did I EVER try to get Peter A. Papoutsis to RESPECT me? No! And I am not interested in who Peter A. Papoutsis respects, as he apparently and fondly may imagine! Surely life is about more than who respects whom! TSK!

                    • Peter,

You may not want to soil yourself by arguing with him further. Just a thought. If he wants to roll in his own waste, that’s his business.

                    • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

Well, I concede that we are about to learn what it means to have a first-class loser as President. He LOST the vote of the American citizenry, but won the vote of the Electoral College, which is the way that losers can be elected President of the United States. Only God knows what losers he’ll bring back to confirm his loserdom in his cabinet!
And if Peter A. Papoutsis soils himself by disputing this (not my idea, but “Misha’s,” I recommend “Depends!”

                    • Regarding “losers”:

What should be truly depressing to progressives is how Trump won the election, the money and strategy. It indicates that he or anyone like him that knows the right buttons to push can do it again, over and over, at will.

Trump, as George remarked, changed the parameters of the debate, effectively neutralizing political correctness. PC has always been the bane of the white middle and working class, a means to indoctrinate and control their very thoughts. They hate it and deeply resent everything about it and the ideology behind it. Trump assaulted the left’s sacred cows repeatedly and loudly on stage in front of God and everybody precisely for the purpose of desensitizing the American public to this facet of progressive ideological programming.

The thing that is really terrifying to those who have looked at what Trump did is that he only spent just enough money to get just enough votes in the right states in order to take the electoral college. He has a team that operates like Karl Rove on steroids. He has to. There’s no other explanation for what happened.

Both he and Hillary had money in reserve. Hillary did not spend hers because she wanted some gravy and didn’t think she needed it to win, having drunk her own kool aid.

Trump didn’t spend it because he had the thing figured just about down to the household and, since he is not one to waste money, stopped spending when he knew he had the win.

That is an incredibly powerful apparatus he has put together. It is not the apparatus of a “loser”. It is the apparatus of someone who can simply say and do what he wants without having to worry about the power of the opposition which is inferior to his own.

                      That’s prowess. That’s a Machiavellian Prince.

God willing he will do for America what Putin did for Russia. As for me, it is too little too late for me to want to live here indefinitely. If Trump is successful, Amen. Most of my life has been spent under a progressive, matriarchal regime under which men were not encouraged or allowed to grow up as men of prowess in the patriarchal sense of the term. That is part of what the rebellion in black culture is about, and in Southern White culture to some extent. Those years were taken from me by progressives. There is nothing that can make up for that. That is my estimation of America: it has sadly forfeited the right to be called my home and there is no appeal from that verdict.

But for those who choose to stay here and try to work through it and rebuild something noble and glorious. More power to you.

Слава Трампу! Слава Путину! Слава Победе!

You have no idea what I have been through and seen. If you were to try to look me in the eye, man to man, for any length of time, you very well might “soil yourself”. No one has “faced” anyone here on Monomakhos. That would take actual courage. Beware of those with the thousand yard stare. Those dead to the world cannot be turned.

                    • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

You, Misha, are right! It was when you were ARGUING with me that you claimed one soiled oneself, not “facing!”

I correct myself in respect towards your just criticism: Here’s the corrected message: “I had no idea that EITHER “Misha” OR Peter A, Papoutsis was soiling himself when ARGUING WITH me here! The first I heard of it is this from “Misha”: “You may not want to soil yourself by arguing with him further.” See that? Who knew?

And I take this opportunity to apologize for causing this self-soiling. I ADMIT it’s my fault! I hope your last message to which I am replying did not bring on an additional occurrence of that self-soiling you revealed!

                    • Fritz,

The self soiling I was referring to was arguing with you. When they wallow in your arguments, it can leave your bs on them. That is why it is dangerous to argue with the devil, you may take some of his assumptions as factual.

Perhaps my meaning was unclear to you.

                  • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

So I quit wasting my time. I’ll stick with reporters smart enough to qualify for jobs in the main media.
HARD! Oh, the days are too short!I don’t think even the President-elect himself claims to have won by a landslide. Only a guy on an Internet blog who is soiling himself arguing with a cleric is claiming such.

Bill must know what’s going on. He’s too smart not to. But the rest of them are running around like chickens with their heads cut off screaming about the falling sky.

  9. One thing that is quite certain, all of this is and has been spooking the Russians. I’ve seen a continuous stream of stories out of Russia anticipating war based on the conflicts that are going on internally in American politics. They don’t know exactly what to think regarding what the controlling few in America are capable of insofar as they might be committed to HRC.

Someone atop America had better make the decision that Trump’s nationalism is sincere or this is not going to be pretty.

    • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

“Ages!” How is a poll “Democrat-tilted” if it shows, as you claim, Trump ahead?

      • Peter A. Papoutsis says

All polls were a lie, and the media had to eat crow as they were the liars that made them lie. Trump won, and God showed mercy on us and gave us a reprieve. Time to get to work and do our part in making American great again.

  11. LA Times has him ahead as well. There may be yet more from Wikileaks and there’s that Anonymous video everybody’s dying to see.

I have to believe that the powers that be are now ruminating if they want the next 4 years to be a totally disfunctional presidency caught up in sex/money/influence scandals out the wazoo from day one with the entire country knowing deep down that there is fire behind the smoke. Too much has been revealed already for that not to be a lock as to how things will be under President Hillary. It’s either that horribly ugly spectacle that will reach all the way to the top (possibly even to those well behind the scenes) and possibly into the last presidency as well; or it’s President Trump.

And the heat will probably just keep steadily rising until after election day.

    • George Michalopulos says

It’s possible that with the latest Wikileaks and FBI story, the Oligarchy may have no choice but to cut Hillary loose. The story of this corruption is only going to get worse and deeper. Many will be ensnared, not only Pres Obama but the Bushes as well. The entire Oligarchy could come crashing down.

In such a scenario, what would be better if you’re an Oligarch? Take a chance that Obama could pardon Hillary should she lose (on his last day in office) or let a crippled Hillary take office and be constantly embroiled in controversy? I honestly don’t know the answer to that question.

For myself, I’d say cut her loose and let the nation howl when Obama pardons her but I actually care about this country. All the Oligarchy cares about is using Hillary to goad Russia into war. An unpopular, corrupted HRC Administration could be granted a reprieve in the court of popular opinion when the MSM gins up war hysteria. If that’s the reasoning, then the ballots have already been counted and she’s the “winner.”

I can think of few better summaries of a potential Trump presidency than what Misha wrote here:

“a totally disfunctional presidency caught up in sex/money/influence scandals out the wazoo from day one with the entire country knowing deep down that there is fire behind the smoke.”

It’s not like the GOP nominee is pending a fraud and racketeering trial after the election, still has at least a dozen named accusers alleging sexual assault and misconduct, has the head of his transition team dealing with his aides being found guilty in Bridgegate charges, or has tax returns concealed from the American public (at this point we can assume that details they would reveal would absolutely cost any change Trump has of winning the presidency).

Wikileaks has jack. They have yet to release anything remotely damaging, and if Russia had it, they would have released it already.

The FBI debacle is disturbing, but not because it has brought Clinton misconduct to light, but rather that pro-Trump factions in the FBI are trying to damage Clinton despite them having a lack of any hard evidence of misconduct.

And at this point, the country is so polarized by party affiliation it makes a very small difference. The posters on here who think Hillary is “evil incarnate” will forgive Trump anything at this point. His quip about shooting someone on 5th avenue was not an exaggeration when it comes to his base.

Also the notion that there is a formal “Oligarchy” with the power to cut Hillary loose is a ridiculous fantasy. Some of you people really need to make some changes to your chosen reading material.

I was most amused reading about a bunch of Macedonians who are making bank by pulling in ad revenue from gullible eyeballs on Facebook shares:

It makes some of the crazy things I see posters on this site posting a lot more understandable, if any not less crazy. Sad!

My reaction exactly to Mr. Misha’s confusion of Trump’s counterfactual fate as president with HRC’s. Astounding lack of clue, even for him.
Hispanic turn-out nearly everywhere is just through the roof and unprecedented — evidently many of them are low-propensity voters, too. So I’m sticking to my story about Texas’ potential as the election’s biggest surprise. And I keep hearing that crazy percentages of early-voting Republicans are exit-polling for HRC. FL already sounds as good as in the bag, NV too.

        • Oh, I make no predictions about what the American people or their handlers will decide on Tuesday. I have pointed out the perils of deciding wrongly. But that is up to the powers that be. I cannot let myself forget that they allowed Obama to be elected twice. No bottom is too low for them. Hence my rejection of the whole project.

Even if Trump wins on Tuesday, in the long term the fact that it came to this is enough to cause any reasonable person to sell their stock in US/EU/West Inc. That’s really been my point all along. Where the bodies land on Wednesday is almost irrelevant.

So how’s that indictment and an explosive find in the new emails going? Let’s check in with Director Comey:

“Since my letter, the FBI investigative team has been working around the clock to process and review a large volume of emails from a device obtained in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation. During that process we reviewed all of the communications that were to or from Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State. Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton. I am very grateful to the professionals at the FBI for doing an extraordinary amount of high-quality work in a short period of time.”

    Ah, so.

I wonder if Trump’s staff will be able to keep his tweeting phone away from him for another 48 hours.

    • George Michalopulos says

Yeah, and her maid was copying classified emails…

Hint: that’s a crime as well.

      • Make Monomakhos Great Again! says

Hint: no crime was committed because the emails were not classified at the time, and were only classified as confidential in bulk years later. Which is a distressing tendency in modern government.

You don’t seem to have a grasp of how this “crime” thing actually works, nor, from the Perjury accusations and understanding how the rule of law functions. Sad!

    • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

      Make Monomakhos Great Again!
Why did her maid (Hillary’s, I guess) copy what emails? How many? The one about Valery Plame? The Trumpites here were claiming (not having read a line) and proclaiming that these emails contained VITAL information that would descend like an avalanche on Hillary’s campaign.

    • So they went through 650,000 emails, one by one, over the last week looking to see if classified information was included? Hmmmm, in the original emails from last summer, they found over 100 instances of classified information included. They merely declined to prosecute. Why might that be?

Is there a rundown of what they found, assuming somebody was taking notes? They seemed to be taking notes the first time:

      * * *

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent. – https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/statement-by-fbi-director-james-b-comey-on-the-investigation-of-secretary-hillary-clinton2019s-use-of-a-personal-e-mail-system

      * * *

You see, she was caught red handed the first time. That’s why the FBI community was furious at Comey. He was playing “hide the crime”. Is it a crime if we don’t prosecute? There were classified emails on the servers, no doubt. What is the legal standard? She obviously knew the server was private, not secured.

They tried to obscure the crime by asserting that intent to harm the United States is an element of the crime of mishandling classified information. For most laws regarding this crime, intent to harm the United States is NOT an element. The only intent that is required is to put the classified info on a server that is not secure. That intent was clearly present. She did it for years.

As former Attorney General Mukasey stated in his WSJ opinion piece, no one looking at this who knows the law imagines that crimes were not committed. Comey stated they were in his July statement when he broke down the number of emails with classified information and the smaller number with Top Secret classified information. All of that is criminal activity, pure and simple.

Yet he did not recommend prosecution. Why? Mukasey offered a likely answer. Not pretty.

But this will not go away. The Justice Department answers to Obama. It is part of the Executive Branch. Obama gives the orders. Only they can put this in front of a grand jury to obtain an indictment, not the FBI, and Justice will not do it.

      I.e., the fix is in.

Yet it is all public knowledge. And that is the dilemma we face:

Everybody knows that there has been a monumental miscarriage of justice which should affect an election but all the right people are greased so as not to allow it to have any effect.

Treason never prospers, for when it does, none dare call it treason.

Let me be even more frank:

Everyone who has followed this and actually understands what happened, if they wake up on Wednesday and see that Hillary is president elect, will know that the only reason she was elected is because her crimes were covered up by those sympathetic to her who had the power to do so.

It will be known to a mathematical certainty that that is the case.

And that is not a legitimate government. I assume the gloves come off at that point.

      • Bishop Tikhon (Fitzgerald) says

iF SHE IS PRESIDENT-ELECT it means she was elected.
