Crossroads

I must say, the Establishment is playing this rather well.  Ever since Wednesday, they more or less have been flooding the zone.  If I had to encapsulate everything that we’ve seen, then I can think of no better political scientist than Iosip Visarionich Dzugashvili, otherwise known as Josef Stalin.

You may remember this fellow:  he was the leader of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1953.  Anyway, he had a very fine quote regarding elections:  “It’s not who votes that counts, it’s who counts the votes”.

Rather pithy, wouldn’t you say?

So that’s basically where we’re at.  The Establishment has pulled out all the stops to declare Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr, the 46th President of the United States.

We know why they did it.  The question is how did they do it?

Simple:  by calling it an early night in Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia and while the Republican poll-watchers were safely tucked into their beds at night, they snuck back in and manufactured just enough votes to put Creepy Joe over the top in those three states.  Pennsylvania was more of a pickle for them because Trump’s margin was huge.  But like the busy little beavers that they were, they managed to find just enough ballots to do that as well.   It just took a few more days is all.

Then between Wednesday and today, they’ve been feverishly calling all the major news organizations to go ahead and call the election for Biden.  Feverishly.  And persistently.  Between harvesting ballots, throwing out GOP poll-watchers and working the phone lines, they successfully “flooded the zone”.  The goal was to shape the narrative, that despite a few minor peccadilloes here and there, Biden’s lead is insurmountable.  Thus let’s be done with the charade and go ahead and call him “President-elect”.

Not so fast.  It’s the State legislatures which have to certify the ballots of their respective States.  And believe it or not, the majority of the States in question have Republican legislatures.  And here’s where it gets real tricky:  the legislatures are even more Republican going into 2021 than they are now.  (Just throwing that out there.)

What this tells me is that Joe’s side isn’t all that confident.  I see that the lovely Galina has written something along these lines already today.

Stay tuned.

  3. If he knows he can prove extensive ballot fraud in court, Trump can afford to let it drift for days or even weeks to catch everyone in the net who dares to commit felonies. Think of the traceable ballots as a net. Leave it out there. Take in as many as you possibly can. Let them get brave.

Then, some time before Thanksgiving probably since there are dates in early December in play, close the net and reel it in. Confirm and publicize the blockchain thing. Use it in court to distinguish valid from invalid ballots. Use it to trace what happened to illegally discarded ballots, if possible. Expose the whole thing in time to affect the Electoral College count. What appears on CNN is meaningless. Who gets inaugurated on January 20th is the only important thing.

Her application to vote was received on 10/23, the day after she died. It was then mailed by the county back to her on 10/24/2022, two days after she had legally passed away and then the ballot was received back at the county office on November 2nd, 2020 and when you go to the Secretary of State’s website today, it says that she voted in this election, effective November 2nd 2020, a full nine days after … passed away.”

Back when Nixon ran Republicans could win in big cities, so even if the Dems are cheating from the big cities, what about smaller towns or rural areas. There votes don’t go to the big cities to be process. Probably since PA big urban area is less Republican tha Arizona is why they the Dems are adding up to Biden. Philly and most of the burbs near it don’t less Republican. In fact unless your a liberal Republican like Brian Fitzgerald you are not going to win Montgomery PA or Bucks County Pa as much.

Sometime do some research on who these “fact checkers” really are. It’s very enlightening.

Frankly, ones opinions mean very little at this point. What is going to matter is how the courts rule.

      • I have to agree with Gail.

We’re in a strange situation here.  The Washington Post published a story about a whistleblower recanting that they had to have known was fabricated after coercion failed. He went public immediately after the interview.  AP, WP, NYT, etc., can be expected to publish blatant falsehoods without any regard to the truth until this thing is resolved.  At this point, no one knows for sure the veracity of every allegation.  But the MSM knows they have to be false if their ideology is to prevail.  That is why they are pretending that they know.  They have no way of knowing but they sure as hell know it’s dangerous.

They are still fighting in the court of public opinion.  That battle is over.  We can discern from the down ballot performance of Republicans that Trump actually won in a landslide.  There’s no other rational explanation for the numbers if you compare them to past elections.   That combined with the Vote Counting Pause in the dead of night and the subsequent, magical Biden Avalanche tells you all you need to know.

That ship has sailed, all leftist bitching to the contrary notwithstanding.

The battle is no longer in the realm of public opinion at this point.  Everybody pretty much is settled on their story regardless of what comes out.  The vast majority of Republicans believe the election was stolen, period, full stop.  Polling shows a plurality of voters believe Biden was elected but only 49%.  The ones who can see it was stolen, plus the ones who don’t know, adds up to half the country at this point.  And those are polls conducted by the same honest people who predicted a blue wave.  My guess is that upwards of two thirds of the country understands what’s happened.  That’s the slice who may not be blinded by ideology.

Now is the full court press, full tilt boogie, total war phase that doesn’t have much to do with public opinion, though it is still significant.  Trump’s replacement of the Secretary of Defense and installation of Trumpista loyalists to lead the Pentagon should be a clear signal to the legislatures and the courts that Trump is prepared for battle, whatever inferences they choose to draw from that.

There is no other explanation for reorganizing the department which would enforce the Insurrection Act at this late date and getting rid of the cabinet secretary and leading personnel who would be against invoking it.  If Trump thought that there was a chance of him leaving office, he would have put this off until the election is decided by the courts or legislatures – i.e., until the electors actually vote on the 14th of December or SCOTUS rules.
That’s the real reason these replacements are so alarming to the Democratic leadership, though they are not stating it explicitly in public.  They’re talking about him “settling political scores” and “being vindictive” against those he’s replacing.  That’s just anxious smoke.

When the MSM was coronating Biden, Trump simply declared, “I won.” and went golfing.

Supreme Court justices are very intelligent people.  State legislators are not that intelligent, but they have legal counsel and attorneys general and with modern communication, you can expect they are in the loop.

What I’m looking at is a man sending a clear signal that he will not be usurped and that, whatever the rationalizations they use to get him re-inaugurated, if they only want to see bad and not the worst, they need to get creative and make this puppy land where it needs to.

        • Interesting character study here:

When the Spanish Armada was beating up the Channel,
Francis Drake was playing bowls on Plymouth Hoe.
He didn’t panic. He finished the game.

When Biden’s press and tv acolytes were beating up a storm,
Donald Trump didn’t panic. He went for a game of golf.

      • The courts are throwing out the lawsuits, while President-elect Biden’s margin of victory over Trump is now 5.3 million and growing. He will never concede and will continue to spout false claims of widespread voter fraud, which will be part of his sad legacy. Meanwhile, Guiliani is ranting and raving in front of a landscape store parking lot next to a sex shop and funeral home.

Ask everyone to whom you send it to forward it on to everyone they know.
With email, you could very soon reach a critical mass of concerned citizens,
if enough people care about the republic.

It’s not 12 hours since Creepy Joe was “proclaimed” Pres-elect and the BLMers decided to rain on the liberals’ parade.

I’m gonna have bone up on my French Revolutionary history.  Can y’all help me out?  It was first the Jacobins, then it was the Gironidists?  Something like that?  It seems like there was another group sandwiched in between if memory serves.

    Oh well!  Enjoy the autophagy!

    • More appropriate is Kerensky, then Lenin. God help us.

    • There were the Girondins, the Montgnards and the Jacobins.
The Girondins were the first to go. Then the moderate Montgnards (Danton etc).
Then the radical Montagnards (Robespierre etc) got what was coming to them.
The Jacobins were followed by the Thermidorian Reaction and the Directory.
After this came the Man of Destiny (Bonaparte), with his whiff of grapeshot,
and “the thing we specifically call French Revolution is blown into space by it”
[ Thomas Carlyle: The French Revolution: A History ]

However, I do not think that is the best historical analogy for all this.
I think Trump bears more resemblance to Gaius Sempronius Gracchus,
Tribune of the Plebs, who tried to save the Republic by reforming it.
However, the oligarchs in charge refused to cede power and be reformed.
The consequences resulting from this were the Social War, the Civil Wars,
the collapse of the Republic and the institution of the dictatorship of Julius Caesar
and then the Principate of Octavian (Augustus) Caesar.

Let’s hope Trump is more fortunate than Gaius Gracchus.

    • cynthia curran says

Well, Trump did’t communicate this to the suburbs like he did last time. Also, unlike Joe Biden he should have block the Libertarian candidate Jo Jo Jorgenson from being on the ballot in several swing states. Biden prevented the Green Party candidate from being on the ballot in Wisconsin. I will wait for his case on cheating but unlike last time where he won in places with higher population he did too many rural places only which puts you behind in voting count.

    • One of the good things (or one of the many, many problems) with Leftism, or specifically “Rainbow Marxism,” which I am putting this under, is that they eventually devour each other. With each group trying to out “woke” the other one they eventually just cannibalize each other….we just have to make sure we don’t get stuck in the crosshairs.

If they win, there is a good chance there is some sort of retribution among the 70 Million of us who are apparently beyond help. If we win, they burn the cities, either way it looks like this is going to turn hot no matter which way you swing it. How are those of us suppose to live in a country where the other half openly hates us and wants to send us to camps?

    • The Gironidists were the moderates. They were less blood thirsty than the others. The group you are missing is the Montagnards. They were extremists who wanted everything levelled.  According to them, anyone who was perceived  to be an elite, had to give up their status or be executed.

  13. Chris Banescu says

The rush to declare Biden the winner confirms that the Democrats have zero confidence he won and their fraud is significant. Otherwise they would wait to really stick it to Trump and make him and us look foolish.

    • Gail Sheppard says

I’m in complete agreement with you, Chris. Frankly, we should be collecting memorabilia so our children’s children can make a mint off of it in the years to come. In recent history, NOTHING like 2020 has happened.

  14. nicholas sandoukas says

I am convinced, that Biden and Kamala Harris could themselves release video tape evidence of cheating, admit to it, and not only will they not back down from the “victory”, but the Supreme Court will praise them for having done it, and will rule 9-0 against Trump.

    • George Michalopulos says

Nicholas, our Oligarchy is criminal to the extreme, of this there is no doubt. And now they are brazen as well. The trouble is how united they are. Will we see cracks widening?

I believe we are already seeing them. AOC, that little guttersnipe Red Guardette, is openly attacking the “moderate” Democrats who are heaping obloquy on her in return. She has also told the RINO traitors over at the Lincoln Project that they need to fork over cash and then go pound sand.

And of course the neocons (esp. Bill Kristol) are looking for a seat at the Biden foreign policy table. The Dems are –correctly–screaming at the prospect. The question is: will Biden give in and screw his base?

Time will tell. In the meantime, grab the popcorn should he be certified the winner.
