Some of you may know Jonathan Pageau. He’s an accomplished artist who does iconography and Christian woodcarving. He also posts some interesting reflections about the symbolism in popular movies and has been successful in sparking discussion among academics, musicians and young people about Christianity. Jordan Peterson and James Fox Higgins come to mind. That he can engage some of these people at any level is remarkable given that many of them identify as atheists. Jonathan’s unique brand has been good for the Church.
One of my staff mentioned that Jonathan’s house has been under water for about 7 days now. The responders have left because the water is too contaminated to work in. I don’t normally do this, but Jonathan could probably use some help about now. Check out his video.
